The director, Omar Hilal, stated that all the accusations of stealing the story of the film "Fawzy Fawzy Fawzy" are entirely false. He confirmed that he was not aware that this news report was attributed to the journalist Mahmoud Shoukry, and this report was present on the Russia Today website and not attributed to Mahmoud Shoukry. He added that when he read this report, he decided that he wanted to turn this story into a film.

During a phone interview with the host Basma Wahba on the "90 Minutes" program, broadcast on Al-Mehwar channel, he mentioned that the allegations of stealing the film's story were not raised at all during the press conference in Jeddah. It emerged two days later, and they were surprised that Mr. Mahmoud Shoukry accused them of stealing the film's story, and this statement is not true.

The film "Fawzy Fawzy Fawzy" achieved the highest revenues during its screening in cinemas yesterday, making it one of the latest films released recently.

The total cinema revenues yesterday, Monday, amounted to approximately 1,581,884 Egyptian pounds, according to the film distributor Mahmoud El-Dafrawi.

Omar Hilal, the director of the film "Fawzy Fawzy Fawzy," also apologized to the press and media after causing controversy due to his mockery of a reporter during the film's press conference. Hilal stated, "I apologize if anyone was offended by my response. I was speaking in a joking manner, and I did not intend any mockery."

The director added, "I love jokes, and the atmosphere was light, so I made a joke. I have great respect for the press and media, and you are the ones to be thanked in this story."

Mohamed Farag 

is an Egyptian actor born on November 15, 1982, in Egypt. He initially enrolled in the Cinema Institute but was forced to leave and join the Faculty of Commerce at Cairo University. Later, he joined a workshop at the Artistic Creativity Center under the direction of director Khaled Jalal. His class presented a show titled "Qahwa Sada" in 2009, which achieved notable success.
